BRUSH: Use 1 - 2 times a week. Wet the brush and lather your cleansing wash until it creates foam. Place the bristles of the brush on your skin and gently move in circles. Rinse off with water. 
 
LOOP: Use 1 time, every 2 weeks on clean skin. Place the loop on your skin at a 10-20-degree angle. Gently press loop onto skin to push out dirt and oily sebum. Clean off dirt. Cool skin off with daily pore lotion / your preferred skincare. (More effective if used after warm bath or steamed towel).
